In order to help the distressed women who seek support during any emergency or are suffering from any form of discrimination anywhere by anybody, we at Mahashakti Foundation coordinating our efforts in grassroots mobilization to overcome such exploitation and welcome action-oriented research and intervention in this context through networking with national, regional and global partners. Initially it was run by FAAR but since August, 2015 Mahashakti has undertaken the responsibility and assigned women staff to take care of the issues. In case any incidence found below 18 years aged girls, it is then referred to the Child Welfare Committee (CWC). Major supports provided through these centre are; Counseling
